Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Med Spa Media ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Services

Med Spa Media provides digital marketing, software development, and growth services for aesthetic practices. Our services include but are not limited to: custom mobile app development, paid advertising management, search engine optimization, website design and development, and digital infrastructure setup.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees associated with your use of our services
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all custom work product created specifically for them, including websites, applications, and marketing materials. Med Spa Media retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med Spa Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all work product paid for in full will be transferred to the client. Outstanding fees must be paid within 30 days of termination.
