Lumi Med Spa had built a strong local reputation but was losing patients to competitors with more convenient booking options. Their front desk was overwhelmed with calls, and they had no way to keep patients engaged between visits.
They'd explored off-the-shelf solutions, but nothing fit their premium brand. They needed something custom. An app that felt like an extension of the Lumi experience.

The app integrates with their existing Boulevard CRM for real-time availability, includes a gamified loyalty program that keeps patients coming back, and features an AI chatbot trained on their treatment menu to answer patient questions instantly.
